Get rid of those ball hang-ups, and save your playfield from further damage! By applying insert mylar, you're not only protecting the insert paint, but the playfield wood and paint around the insert hole. Make sure to measure your insert plastics before ordering to ensure they are the right size. See picture to help measure your insert.
Instructions:
Before applying, make sure to clean the insert plastic. Then, apply using a tweezers with appropriate lighting. Firmly secure by applying pressure. Done!

FAQs
Q: My Inserts have severe cupping (concave). Do these inserts fix this too?
A: If you have severe cupping, we suggest you use the variety pack (or a variety of sizes) to allow you to stack circles to "fill" in the concave insert. Start with a small size (example: 1/2") and then start to layer larger and larger sizes until you get to the size of the insert. This will "fill" the concave, cupped insert, improving the ball travel over them. When you start to stack these stickers though--be aware--sometimes they will lose a bit of the clarity, becoming more visible to the naked eye.
Q: Should I apply the mylar stickers to inserts AFTER I wax the playfield?
A: I suggest you wax before applying the stickers just because it gives a small layer between the insert and playfield in case you decide you want to remove or replace them in the future—makes it easier to remove. It also protects the insert’s artwork.
You can put them on before waxing too, they shouldn’t hurt the insert or playfield if removed in the future, but it’s better to be safe, in my opinion.
Q: Are the stickers permanent?
A: The stickers, if applied correctly, will last many, many years. A lot of people won’t even know you have them on your inserts, they are so thin and transparent. If desired, they can be removed easily and without causing any damage to the playfield.
Q: After I apply them, can I still clean and wax the PF at a later date? Will naphtha cause any issues with the mylar stickers?
A: You can treat the Mylar stickers as if they are now part of your playfield. You can wax them, use naphtha (applied first to a rag before wiping), or whatever else you need to do to keep your playfield looking good.
If you pour naphtha directly on the playfield, (which I don’t recommend) and not on a rag first, you might have naphtha getting under the sticker which might cause it to unstick (you’d just have to replace with a new sticker). Avoid this by applying the cleaner to a rag first.
